Frequently Asked Questions
Once you have placed an order successfully, we will endeavour to get your order out within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Depending where in Australia you are in relation to us it may take from 1 to 10 business days to get to you. If you would like an estimated date of your order arriving please feel free to contact us before you order.
We will normally ship your items with either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers depending on where you are located.
When an item shows that it is out of stock it generally means that we are currently waiting for stock. We can take order for out of stock items so we can then dispatch the item to you once is arrives to us. In some scenarios our suppliers can run out of stock of items. If this happens we will contact to discuss further.
When placing an order you will be asked if you would like to open account. You can then proceed with either opening an account so that all your details are saved for the next order you place or as a guest, which means that you will need to add all your details in again next time you purchase.
We accept Visa and Master through our ANZ secure payment gateway. We also accept Paypal and Direct deposit. When paying with direct deposit please send us a copy of the payment receipt so that we can keep an eye our for funds to clear. This will allow us to dispatch your order a little quicker.
Although it not something we do on a daily basis we can send orders overseas. Conditions do apply so please contact us about the products you are interested in.
We can order almost anything in. If there are some items you are after, but we do not have them listed on the website, please send us an email with the part numbers and a brief description and we will get back to you with price and estimated transit time
